The booking thread is the one written conversation where an hour is agreed, the figure named and the address given, and nothing of weight sits outside it.
One thread, from the first message to the confirmation. It is where the hour is settled, where the euro figure is written down, where the address and floor are given, and where any change of plan is made.
Why everything stays in one place
Because a detail agreed somewhere else is a detail that can be misremembered. The amount that goes ahead and where it goes appear in the thread and in no other location. A move to another date is asked for in the thread. A confirmation that everyone in the room is twenty-one or over is written in the thread. If a same-day session is being arranged, the line confirming you want it carried out at once is written there too.
What a good first message carries
Five things: where you are, with a floor and a room number; the hour you want, in Amsterdam time; how long; one therapist or two; and a sentence about the room. That last one is the line this site cares about most, because heating that grumbles, a window that rattles, or an attic room in a hot week each change what is suggested back to you.
